Most units ship within 48 hours as we maintain a supply of parts for most models. It is preferred that customers call prior to shipping the unit due to past history of being able to fix problems over the phone saving time and money for you, the customer.
DOES YOUR ORB LOOK LIKE THIS?
It’s essential that you clean the orb after every bath for 20-30 minutes with the proper cleaning solution and replace any or all of the components as necessary. Leaving the cable connected, lower the Orb and Mohawk into the solution as this will prolong the cable contacts also.

This Orb Example has not been taken care of properly for a long time. To maintain your system in optimum condition, it is important to clean it regularly – preferably after every use.

Orb Cleaning Instructions…
- Rinse off thoroughly and vigorously in the sink to remove all build-up.
- Place the Orb/Array into the cleaning solution for between 5 to 10 minutes after every session.
- CLR is mixed 1:1, half CLR, half water, in as small a container as possible, with a re-sealable lid.
- Judge the actual time by the amount of dirt on the Orb/Array – up to 30 minutes.
- Leaving it in the solution for longer than necessary will cause excessive wear.
- You can and may leave the cable attached while soaking the Orb/Array in the cleaning solution. However, at times, it may be better off being detached from the Orb/Array and the Orb Connector end of the cable placed into the key next to the Orb. In fact, my preference is to completely disassemble the orb. Remove, the center module, buttons and rings, and track. Fully immerse it all. This will help eliminate the dirt inside the orb, including the cable connector.
- Once clean, rinse off, under lukewarm water, no hotter than your hands can handle.
- Leave to dry before reassembling and putting it away
If the Orb has not been cleaned for weeks or months, it may be necessary to soak the Orb in the cleaning solution overnight. This may/will wear your orb unnecessarily. This cleaning solution can be reused many times and should be replaced when it is no longer effective. Check the Orb/Array regularly. A lightly marked Orb/Array may clean completely in an hour. A heavily marked Orb/Array may take up to 48 hours. It is advised to check every few hours. Variations in time occur due to water used, measurements, and the amount of marking on the Orb/Array.

All ARRAYS are now repaired in-house. We will inspect the unit for parts necessary to put the unit into “like new” condition. Prior to refurbishing your Array, we will call you for authorization and a credit card number. The typical turn-around time is approximately 72 hours.

There are several models of power supplies of our q energy spa foot soak tub models that have evolved since the original BEFE was marketed in 1996. In the order of origination, we have the 3006, 3024, 2100, 2500, 3100, 4105, q46, and q47. Current Models: q6000, q36, and q26. We have ALL parts in stock to fix your machine.
The repair labor, regardless of model, and repair costs vary: Repair rates are: $85.00/hour, 1-hour minimum.
