COVID-19 Rules: Here in Denver, Colorado at our North American Home for QEnergySpa BEFE distribution, we do remain open for business. Denver County has mandated shelter in place since March 26th, 2020. Yes, this is a picture of me, venturing out to pick up a few groceries and drop off your shipments at FedEx or USPS. That said, we are working and shipping from here. Delays may occur, depending on the shipment carrier. Our office is closed to the public until the order is lifted.

Covid-19 Delay Details:

  • During the Covid-19 pandemic, we continue processing and shipping orders. There may be some delays. Please leave plenty of time for delivery.
  • The mandate allows for critical business activities like ours to continue to be open for business.
  • We cannot promise expedited shipping during Covid-19, due to USPS and FedEx service guarantees. During this time, we will only be using USPS for our “standard shipping” options.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. We will process and ship orders as quickly as we can. Please allow 3-5 days for international orders. Shipping times vary per carrier.
  • Our office hours during thisCovid-19  lockdown will be Monday – Friday 9 am-4 pm Mountain Time.
