Terms and Conditions: SHIPPING
We usually ship via USPS Mail as this is both cost-effective and the quickest method for smaller packages. On larger orders (BEFE Q Energy Spas), we use FedEx or TNT International services. We can deliver (almost) anywhere in the world. Debbie can assist you in placing your first order. By ordering with me from Q2Spa.com you’ll find exclusive access to the Original BEFE Foot Spa Technology.
Most orders are prepared for shipping within 24 hours of receipt.
Shipping charges for most orders are $23 for standard shipping. Additional shipping charges are added to heavier products. In some cases, products may not be ready to ship for up to four business days, depending on inventory levels and/or the shipping method required for each product. This processing time is in addition to the actual shipping/delivery time frames. These are reflected on the individual product pages as “Fixed Shipping” and will be included in your shopping cart upon checkout. While we try to provide the best shipping solution possible for our customers so they can receive their product as quickly and securely as possible. Sometimes we almost always lose money on shipping. Patience is appreciated since we cannot control how fast the shipping services deliver the packages. If an expedited package takes longer than expected to receive, please contact us so that we can review the issue and reconcile with you, if needed.

To decide which courier is best for your shipment, we typically ship all PARTS via USPS Priority Mail, insured. We ship ALL BEFE Q Energy Spas via FedEx, insured. While USPS is clearly the less expensive option of the two, FedEx is known for its reliable service and dependable delivery.
When will I receive my package?
While we do everything we can to ship your package within 24 hours, we are reliant upon the shipping method to get your package to you as soon as possible. Some packages are shipped from our Colorado office and MOST packages are drop-shipped directly from our Australian distribution warehouse. There are times that the processing and packaging times take longer than expected, especially when it is out of our hands. Q The Experience / Future Life Sciences may take an additional 1-3 days to process an order and get the package to the carrier. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Q2Spa.com reserves the right to review each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchase, you may return items for a refund or Q2Spa.com credit as outlined below. All returns/refunds will be billed a 20% restocking fee. You MUST complete a return request by logging in at Q2Spa.com or via email to [email protected] for RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #). The RMA # must be displayed on the outside of the package or the package will be returned to you unprocessed. All products must be returned in the original container and, if possible, original shipping packaging. It is highly recommended that customers insure their packages when returning them. If the returned product is not received by Q2Spa.com, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment. Q2Spa.com is not liable for items lost, incorrectly delivered, or damaged in transit. No refund/credit will be made for subsequent returns of the same product, except when the product is damaged or defective. Confirmation of your return and refunds and/or Q2Spa.com credit (when applicable) will normally be issued within one week of the receipt of the return. You will receive an email confirming the date and the amount issued.
