Tariff changes in global trade policies have impacted our business. However, we are navigating our best to support you through this transition. At this moment, DHL and Australian Post are NOT shipping to the USA. Postal services are reorganizing and implementing the new shipping options. These changes are largely due to the new tariff frameworks.
We have NOT been given a time frame, and do NOT know when we can expect delivery. Thank you for your patience as we wait for the “powers that be” to give us the nod for international shipments from Australia to the USA.

The tariffs have made it more expensive for the U.S. to purchase goods from Australia – which for around 20 years has been duty free or has had negligible duties imposed due to the existence of the Australia-United States Free Trade Agreement. The Australian Government is working closely with Australia Post, Australian Border Force and the US Customs and Border Protection to assess the impacts on Australians and Australian businesses.

1. Increased Costs: Tariffs are essentially taxes on imported goods. This means that our Q2 products have been subject to these tariffs. We now have our first price increase since 2020 due to the implementation of the latest tariff policies.
2. Disrupted Supply Chains: Since our products are manufactured in Australia, we are currently experiencing a delay in shipping as well as a price increase due to the new tariffs and the ongoing tariff discussions.
Tariff Suspends US Shipments
Australia Post has announced it will temporarily suspend postal services to the United States and Puerto Rico effective immediately until further notice. The decision is in response to the US announcement it will remove the duty free exemption for low value goods. It is in line with action taken by numerous postal operators internationally.
